Affordable and Quiet

Interstate 83 is approximately 25 miles east of the property which provides direct access to Baltimore to the south and Harrisburg to the north. While we are proudly an all-age designation, we find that our community is largely enjoyed by retired residents from around the Hanover, York, Gettysburg and Harrisburg for its affordability within a rural, quiet setting.
